By using RES | Real Estate Script Builder you agree to these terms. The service is provided as an educational and productivity tool for licensed real estate professionals.

Not legal advice

Scripts and content are templates. You are responsible for adapting them to your client and complying with your brokerage's policies and applicable law. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for activity on your account, including any seller-facing links you share and the data sellers submit through them.

Billing & refunds

All plans include immediate access to digital resources and tools. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can review the situation. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current or prior billing periods.

Service availability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features and pricing over time.
